Oscar's Automotive LLC (Mercedes Service & Repair)

I have been a customers of Oscar's for a couple of years now. The customer service is outstanding. When I call with a concern, they know who I am and they get me in quickly. On my last visit, my sensor light went on for needed oil. Turns out it was a sensor glitch which I opted to now get done right away. They replaced a needed bulb for me and let me know what it would take to repair my broken door. No charge at all! Because their customer service is high on their list and they know I will come back. I highly recommend Oscar's Automotive. Fast, fair and friendly!

These guys always take great care of us. Very professional and always great service! I would reccomend anyone with a Mercedes to come here for sure!

I went to this shop with the goal like they will take care of me but i was wrong🙁 i came for oil change for my Mercedes Benz E320 i leave my car and they drop me off to the RC willey and after half hour they call me and pick me up from the store so when i pick up my keys from them to leave them store i pay attention on my front windshield there is no sticker like it says when your next oil change i go back to the shop and ask them where is the sticker they said oh im sorry we forget it to put on at that moment i kind of suspicious but i left with the good minds so after two weeks on my dash board shows check engine and also the computer warn me add oil one gallon i go back to the them store and ask them whats going on do you guys change it the oil? They said yes we did they trying to trick me but im not a kid to fool me and when i left them shop my car dead in couple days sooo i went to the Pro auto care close to my house they of course take care of me very well and my car now working plus they told me you need to make an oil change i told them i did it two weeks ago they told me nope there is half oil in your engine we find out i make another oil change for my car in Pro Auto Care. I was sooo angry and sad and understand the OSCARS AUTOMOTIVE LLC. Hungry for money... Money comes and gone but never lose your respect front of people and specially front of your customers.

I took in a Porsche Boxster S with a "Check" light showing on the dash, a sound something like metal hitting on metal on the right side when I went over rough spots on the road, and in need of an oil change and lube. Eric, Ian, and Scott were all excellent - professional, very personable, and thorough. The work cost less than the estimate. Great shop!
