Meridian Automotive

The staff here are dishonest and rude. I brought my car to Meridian Automotive and they gave me a laundry list of things to fix along with a $1,300 price tag -- took my vehicle to another shop and was out of there all fixed up for $200. It's not just a money issue -- it's dishonesty!! I understand when companies charge more for quality service/parts, but they were just trying to pull one over on me. They claimed I had leaks and was in real bad shape and neither of those things were true. The front desk guy was a complete a-hole when I told him I needed a second opinion. He badgered me and talked down to me like I was an idiot for driving my car over to another shop. It was crazy and disrespectful. Meridian Automotive did the same thing (over price and make false claims about what needed serviced) to my husband and best friend so we will NEVER take our vehicles here again. I will warn as many as I can about their scams and to avoid their business. It is more than a high price tag -- it's dishonesty!

The place is great, they work fast and they do it right, what more can you ask for in a repair shop. The place is super clean for a car place! I almost thought it was an actual store when I walked in there. The people up front are very informative. Never had any problems there, I would recommend going here if you have trust issues with car shops. Their honest and reliable

The dreadful check engine light came on in my Subaru and I needed to get it checked out. I had recently had a good experience with some battery work at Meridian Automotive so I returned for this issue as well. Jason was my service adviser and he communicated with me through every step of the process. It ended up being a much bigger issue than we first suspected and the quote was a bit overwhelming. Jason was honest and up front throughout and found some relief in the cost wherever he could. His knowledge and expertise in Subaru repair made us feel confident that we made the right choice. He personally drove the car to make sure it was running well before we picked it up and showed us all the work that had been done. Truly a five star experience! Thanks!

These guys are the best. I won't trust my cars to anyone else. They are very up-front about costs, and the work is always done well and in a timely manner.

I desperately wanted this to be my new 'go-to' mechanic... I brought my car in a few times and although the work was more costly than other places nearby I was happy. I had recently brought my car in for a problem in the front end and they insisted the issue was something else coming from the back. Being that I'm not thoroughly educated when it comes to mechanics I trusted them paid $300 for the repair just to have the original issue persist. I brought it back in, more adamant than the first time that it was coming from the front. It took them less than 5 minutes to find the problem. They wanted $310 this time and I just couldn't do it! I came in the first time with that money to fix the problem in the front. I feel like they took advantage of me and fixed something completely irrelevant promising it would resolve my issue. Good companies in this department are truly hard to find, don't look here...
