I am a disabled veteran. My fiance and I had my certified service dog with us. She had a vest on and everything. The security said the dog isn't allowed. We made it very clear she is a SERVICE ANIMAL he said it doesn't matter no dogs. We left instead of spending our money or time here. I am sure hasn't been informed on legal protections for my service animal entering the establishment, but I'd rather not give these people my money since they are unreasonable.

Had the same problem that the most recent commenter with service dog went thru at this location. Went in and security guy at the front and said that my dog isn’t allowed and I told him that he’s my service dog and all he said that’s fine and didn’t apologize or nothing for offending me like that

I'm sorry but this store did not impress me at all. A bunch of cheap made odd fashioned clothes that were mainly designed and sized for small, tiny woman. The accessories were ....well, ...you get what you pay for...and don't plan on using more than once...just saying

The store has a full selection of campy 90's clothing. There is a large number of cheaply priced under $25 jeans and bottoms. That said, a storefront selling Shein quality clothes with a 40% mark-up is a little antiquated in 2022. Things also run extremely small. As a taller woman, I've had trouble fitting into the XL sizes here. This store should be seen as a way to get online clothes from China without waiting for shipping, if the extra expense is worth that to you.

DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL, PLEASE READ: Fitting rooms are closed so you have to buy stuff and then return it but the catch is you only get store credit and not your money back. Such a rip off. It’s great for them because they still get there money even if someone doesn’t want it. This might be a deal breaker for shopping here. Open your fittings rooms and stop ripping people off. UPDATE!!! THE STORE CREDIT EXPIRES AFTER 60 DAYS BUT THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! WE SPEND OUR MONEY TO BUY STUFF THEN RETURN IT AND HAVE TO GET STORE CREDIT INSTEAD OF GETTING OUR CASH AND THEN OUR STORE CREDIT EXPIRES!! ITS OUR OWN MONEY THAT WE WORK HARD FOR AND IT EXPIRES.., THATS SO MESSED UP AND NOW WE REALLY WILL NOT SHOP HERE ANYMORE. STOP TAKING OUR MONEY.

Was Extremely Excited I Stumbled Onto This Store. Totally Forgot Them For At Least 10 Years. Use To Shop At One In 505 Area. Only Reason Not A 5 Srar, Is Because They Never Have My Style Pants. F Skinny Jeans. I Understand The No Dress Room Policy With This Virus. Will Definitely Recommend And Will Be Back.

I used to love shopping at this store because it’s affordable. It something my grandmother & I would do together. We would shop for our younger family members especially around Christmas time. But over the years the customer service has completely went down hill. The workers are extremely disrespectful & don’t even try asking for help or any questions because you will receive nothing but attitude. It’s like if u don’t like your job then just quit. You can’t even complain to a manager because their attitude are just as bad. I’ve worked customer service for years and never spoke to anyone or treated anyone as bad as you’re treated in that store. They need to Train their workers in RESPECT. Hopefully things change. I’m not to sure they will but I guess until it does I will not be spending my money in this store. The Disrespect is Real!!

Always have enjoyably courteous staff, a great selection of clothes and thrift store pricing. Update: it seems like they're getting greedier, and have increased the prices of their merch to three, even 4 times than before. I understand cost vs. markup but when you look at average item prices now compared to what they were just even a year prior, it seems like it's tripled . . .

I got the T-shirts I needed and my husband found the piercing tapers he wanted.
