They have 2 stores one in NE Portland and the other one on 82nd,82nd is bigger they have lots of good quality clothing,hats,coats,shoes,boots Ect.and at very good prices I really love this store.

They have different stuff every other week. Lots of new age culture mostly, I think alot of clothes and style comes from cali swag style. But I like it. Find alot of cool stuff here. I've shopped here for years.

I can't believe the amazing prices and quality of product, it's my favorite place to shop, I have SO many cute clothes from there! The best was my affordable and gorgeous New Years dress and cute fishnet tights!! I'm an absolute regular consumer for life and tell Everyone about them!!!!

You get the most bang from your buck at this store! I went in with 50 bucks and left like a king. Reasonably priced good quality products, stylish clothing and large selection of items in the store. Bed spreads, shoes, clothing for all occasions, back packs, hats, jewelry and much much more. Would shop here again very satisfied!!

You can always find what you're looking for at Top to Bottem. I like to visit all their locations because you can find different things.

Pretty much the only place in town where you can find a wide selection of jeans in my size which is 42/36 and many more sizes way bigger than that like 54 inch waist etc. A good selection of Adidas track suits too including the old school Run DMC high tops.
