The shop keeper was so sweet!! The shop is so well organized and they had good quality stuff for gifts. The scarf I got is so soft!!

Shop keeper made racist comments to me. Left immediately after. Do not recommend for any POC. The owner’s response to my review was the same as when another person gave a negative review: blamed the behavior on another employee. Do not recommend this shop.

Brandy, the owner, has been my go to person for questions regarding chalk paint and reviving furniture for nearly a decade! She is so kind, quick to respond, and always happy to help. She does an amazing job at curating unique items for the home in her shop. It is a pretty shop and an asset to the small business community!

This shop is a million things wrapped in one! A boutique with local, one of a kind finds! A variety of decor and DIY projects. It is warm, cozy, friendly and visually appealing!! One of those type of stores you walk in and instantly fall in love! Brandy, the shop owner, goes way above and beyond to help in any way she can. She knows her products and the stories behind them and where they come from. She can tell you about the paints, waxes, oils etc and guide you in step by step instructions on all your DIY projects. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this woman and her shop!! If you love vintage, antiques, boutiques, & all things unique - this shop is a MUST!

My daughters came to Bardstown Rd with the intention of using water soluble chalk on the sidewalk to raise awareness for a cause that they are passionate about. From every other store, they were greeted with nothing but respect and support. However, after asking and getting permission from the store next door, they trailed into the public sidewalk in front of this boutique. The owner was not only unsympathetic, but blatantly rude and had the audacity to call the police on these two teenage girls. Bardstown Rd has no room for intolerance and hatred.

Such an adorable store in the heart of the Highlands. Came for paint, supplies And more importantly advice to repaint an old piece of furniture and LOVED all the cute home decor, clothes, jewelry and accessories available. A great place to pick up a gift or something for yourself!

Great experience at this very personable shop. The owner helped me with great gifts for family & friends as well as decorating my living room area. I highly recommend everyone visit this store or online for an A+ experience.

Wonderful shop in the heart of the Highlands! Brandy and Sandy are the most lovely people and are beyond helpful. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to “shop small” and “shop local” more often.

I used Vintage Style and Design to paint a bar in my basement. The owner did an AMAZING job in a very quick time frame!! I look forward to more projects and recommend them and their products!
