Secrets is a beautiful shop! They offer a range of clothing, accessories, and home decor. Everything in their store is high quality and in excellent condition. The environment is comfortable, including clean and cozy dressing rooms and soothing background music throughout the store. I found some great items at very reasonable prices, and I'll definitely be back. The owners are a lovely retired couple, and they're only open on Saturdays, so make sure you put a stop by this place on your weekend schedule.
My friends and I were delighted to find this little shop. We make an annual trip to Louisville to shop consignment stores and this will be on our list to “definitely visit again.”
I was drawn to the boutique by its beautiful location, but unfortunately, my excitement faded due to the appalling poor service. The staff seemed to judge my ability to buy certain items, leading to a highly uncomfortable atmosphere. This service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I left feeing disheartened and will not be returning.
The Secrets Resale Boutique is a wonderful shop located in the neighborhood where I live. The owners are great people, and they always give five-star customer service each and every time I shop there. They have a very nice selection of name-brand merchandise and at such great prices, too. I highly recommend this shop, and I am very grateful to have them in our neighborhood!
Secrets is a GEM, a treasure trove of wonderful items. Elite, classy, statement pieces and accessories too. A must see. I make it part of my Saturday brouse with farmers market.
