General Linen Service

We have been using general linen service for a while, and I could not be happier with the service I receive. Sam is amazing. He is always checking in with me to make sure our cancer center is stocked and willing to go the extra mile whenever need be. Honestly as a service they are great, but more importantly Sam and I’m sure the other associates of this company are really what make it shine. Justin the District manager has always rose to the challenge when we had any issues. Highly recommended!!!

Sam has delivered linens to us for a few months now and in the beginning, he really helped as we worked to find the right amount of inventory. Now, he brings extra just in case, and has also made several mid-week deliveries when we need anything else. He is easy to get in touch with and he is just a great human. Thank you to Sam and the team supporting him!

General Linen is a reliable linen delivery service. What makes working with General Linen an outstanding experience is our delivery driver Ed Melanson. He is responsive, friendly and super helpful. He makes sure we always have enough sheets in stock and quickly answers any questions we have about our service or billing.

I am giving a review for General Linen and uniform service. The company has been fair and have competitive prices for the products we use. The thing that makes us stay with the company and not look at other companies is the service. We have been very fortunate to have a great working relationship with the driver. Our driver George goes above and beyond what he needs to do. He doesn’t just deliver the product and leave. George cares about his job and does everything he can to make sure the customer is satisfied with every little detail. If you are in the restaurant business and are dealing with supply issues like we are. It is good to have someone like George that makes sure we are never short on the supplies we need. If we are going to be short on something all we have to do is reach out to George and he makes sure we have what we need by the end of business that day. It is refreshing to have somebody like George looking out for our best interests. General linen is lucky to have an employee who cares so much.
