Royal Airport Service

Service is one thing but Caring is priceless: Royal Airport Services provided my wife and I excellent service for our holiday trip, with an early morning departure and late arrival pickup with unmatched reliability. BUT, when my wife had to be air transported to a Boston hospital and I was stranded at the Concord Hospital, Deb at RAS went into action and found me a driver and a safe ride to the Boston hospital where my wife was being prepped for surgery AND Deb has been in touch since then to see how we are doing.

I have been using Royal Airport Service since they began, for all my business and personal trips. They are very professional, always prompt and never late. Their drivers are safe and courteous, they will not bother you during the ride, unless you start the conversations or they will just let you rest. I have called them on off hours, on a moments notice and they have always accommodated my needs. I highly recommend this company that is why I have given them a five star rating. I have used Royal Airport service for about 5 years now. My experience with them has been excellent. The drivers are professional, and always arrive 15 minutes early. I travel all over the US, and often run into situations where I need to make last minute changes to my travel. Deb and Mike are very flexible, and work to accommodate to my constant schedule changes. Kudos to you and your fantastic team at Royal!

Beware as Royal Airport Service website says: Stress free, no worry pick up. I made the unfortunate mistake of booking an airport ride with them for six people. The driver never showed up, never called, never got an email. Caused huge stress on my family to scramble into multiple vehicles to Logan and just barely made the flight. Nothing like starting a vacation with that kind of stress. If you book with them, good luck, maybe they'll show up, and maybe they won't. Zero stars.

My experience with Royal airport service has been terrific. They always arrive ahead of schedule. Cars are extremely clean and drivers are friendly and courteous. Prices are great for the service received. Would highly recommend them if wanting reliable service.

Great service! I use them for work travel to Logan and they are super dependable, friendly, clean, and a pretty good price for the distance. We use them for family travel as well. Very glad we found Royal Airport Service! Love the drivers as well!

I have been using Royal Airport Service for a number of years now and found them to be very reliable. They always arrive on time when picking me up at home. However, I've had to wait at the airport on a number of occasions due to traffic but it was not excessively long. The drivers have all been very courteous and friendly. Their cost is very reasonable and I recommend them for anyone needing service to the airport.

Their driver never showed.We stood outside in the freezing cold waiting for 45 minutes. No one showed. We had to drive ourselves and park our car at the airport. Cost us $140.00 Extra. RipOff

If we could give zero stars, we would. We had lined up a car service for a 3:45am pick up to take our family to Logan Airport had a confirmation email and prepaid....the driver never showed up! And there was no answer when we called the company. We had to scramble to get 6 people to Logan, had to pay for 2 cars to stay for a week in Central Parking and were stressed about making our flight. Not a good first impression. We will never use this company again and do not recommend

I found Royal about 8 years ago after being cheated by a competitor. Clearly, since then I have not looked back. Mike, Deb and the Royal team are incredible. They take customer service very seriously and reward their attention to that customer service with my loyalty. Great people and great company.
