General Pest Control

Just want to take a minute to give credit where it is due. We have had Zach servicing our office for nearly 2 years now and he is awesome. He always takes time to answer any questions we may have and address any concerns. Zach is always professional and comes in with a great attitude! Thank you General Pest for great service and a great technician!

After paying for termite services they did not come for another 2 months. They put the systems in in August. They started sending us renewal bills in March. It wasn’t even close to a year. So my husband called and said he was wouldn’t be renewing with you guys. A man came out and took he systems out. No one said he was coming, and our system was removed 4 months early. We payed for a year and they removed it. The ladies in the office were unkind a couple times i’ve called. I had to call last year 3 times to get them to come to my house after I had already paid for the service. VERY unhappy and do not recommend them to anyone.

I've been using the service for several years and have always been pleased. The techs are on time and very professional. They always ask if I have any problems and address them on the spot. I would highly recommend them.

Zach is always so professional when he comes to the FortDodge RV Campground. He let's me know he's coming and quickly reports any problems he finds. He is a great employee!!! LS

I’ve had Zach from GPC come out every other month for almost year. He lets me know the problem areas and checks in frequently. Great work
