Orkin Pest & Termite Control

The representative did not know they provided the service I needed. So I informed him about it. They did not tell me they would not perform the outside only service if I was not there so they at first came and left (my wife was there but they did not ring the doorbell). I told them to come back. When they did they somehow sprayed (from a backpack sprayer) 3/4 of an acre in 15 min, which seems almost certainly inadequate. I used to treat lawns for a living and I cannot imagine she got down enough chemical at her rapid pace to do the job. She left without leaving any paperwork. I have no idea what they put on my lawn, the risks and recommendations about watering and cutting etc. Overall poor execution from a big company that I would expext excellence in service design and in execution.

I have had orkin pest control since 1997, in two different houses, both have had no issues after service. Doug is the best at what he does!!!!
