APM quickly responded to my service request that I submitted through their website. Even during their busy summer season, I had my free pest evaluation and treatment completed within about a week. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend using APM!

We have hired American Pest to do quarterly pest control services.  Daren Grant came out for our last service and checked every box you could hope for from a pest control service.  He did the standard checks and applications and asked if we were seeing any specific other issues.  We responded that we had seen both Japanese beetles and clover mites.  He then put down specific treatments for them.  Very personable, knowledgeable, and customer oriented service.  Couldn't ask for more.

I have consistently found that the employees sent out by Am Pest Mngt have been very knowledgeable about insects as well as reasons to be careful about the larger environment. I graduated in environmental biology and am picky. 
   AJ came out this morning and was thorough in checking all bait traps, answering my questions and even crawling into a crawl space with me to check support beams under our house. They have, everyone I've dealt with, been willing to work with me and have had very good attitudes. The owner, Ravi, is held in great esteem by his employees and I have every reason to believe they are fairly compensated and well treated. (I should clarify that I'm not related to any employee or owner but am a very satisfied customer). I would hire them again and will recommend them to friends. Thanks
