Advantage Termite & Pest Control

Called to get an estimate for clearing wasps out a large boxwood shrub in front of our house. After several applications of retail wasp sprays and foams I tried myself, the wasps were still a problem. I called Advantage Termite & Pest Control and while their full around the house application was more treatment than I was looking for, the gentleman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. He provided some insight to another product that may take care of the problem. His professional attitude and sincere attempt to help put him in my book for who to call if/when my pest control problems ever go beyond the shrub in front of the house.

Very professional. No sales pitches and they are very responsive to calls. We had the termite treatment done and I'm so thankful for the environmentally friendly treatment. No smell or harmful pesticides.

Really LOVE the excellent customer service given by everyone at Advantage, but especially Jon Hamilton! We keep our back gate locked due to a swimming pool security measure, but it's never a hassle or problem for Jon. He's always early to our appointments and he simply works on the other areas of the house until we can get the gate open. I LOVE our house being bug free, and the absence of cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and basement! Advantage is easy to work with and so dependable. Jon is a huge testament to the caring quality the whole company exudes. HIGHLY recommend using Advantage!

They are awesome! The technician we had (Ben) is very helpful and courteous. We had him look at termites in our town home rental. He tended to the problem area, made sure we were satisfied with our service, and was overall happy to help! He even gave us some helpful info about spiders, so we don't have a problem this summer, like some other units. I would totally recommend their company if you are looking for a good pest control service!

Happened to catch Ben and his partner outside already working. Asked if they could help me get a squirrel that was in my wall, they both stopped what they were doing and followed me. To my surprise they had already set traps for this particular pest and was hired by apartment complex. They informed me of what they have done and that they will be coming back to check traps later day. Will deff keep these two and this business in mind for my next place of residence.
