Joshua's Pest Control Kansas City

Brian Miller did a great job! He even called a few hours later to follow up on the pest issues. Super professional. I'm extremely happy with the service so far! Update: the customer service facet of Joshua’s Pest Control has been, for the most part, good. The actual service has been horrible. I signed up for a year long service and have continued to have ant issues throughout.

Happy customer! We called Joshua out because we started seeing ants in two areas of our house. The phone agent was super helpful and scheduled us for the following day! The technician was awesome! He (Joshua Davis) was helpful and thorough and he did a great job! Not a single ant since he left! Thanks!

This company is WILDLY inappropriate. Staff came to our house last night at 730pm to try to drum up business. That's annoying, rude, and just strange. Not to mention, the person who came to our door was riding around to different houses on a hoover board, like some child. My husband was trying to be nice and listen, but pulling dogs back and the man kept going on and on. I finally came to the door to get dogs and tell the man we weren't interested. He then scoofed at me and left. Later I was out cleaning my car as he rode by on his little hoover board, and tried to slyly flip me off- yah, I saw that and I'm not an idiot. The company might be alright, who knows, but I will NEVER be using them after that whole situation. They need to figure that guy and figure out a better way of advertising, rather than showing up in the evening to people's homes and bothering them. So creepy.

I spoke with a woman named Sydney, I was looking for Eco Pest control and when I asked how they dealt with animals suddenly my reception was bad, I couldn’t be heard and I was hung up on a couple of times. I won’t be calling or referring again. I appreciate responses from owners, however I called the number on the website, the recioptionist answered with the company name and then their name-I don’t think this was a mistake on my part. Thank you.

Carl was so nice and knowledgeable. He was even willing to use his extension pole to move a camera so that I did not have to get on a high ladder. I appreciate his insight and friendly disposition. Great job Carl!
