Pete's Pest Control

I don’t like rating local businesses poorly. This review is coming from a professional Real Estate transaction involving my clients. My clients had Pete’s treat a home that they purchased 2 years ago. They opted to pay yearly to keep up the warranty so that if there were any issues, or re-finding of pests after treatment, Pete’s would come back and treat. When they went to sell their home, the new buyers inspection found evidence of termites (per real estate contracts, termites have to be treated) OR that when it was treated the first time, Pete’s failed to knock down previous tunnels, which then leaves the question up in the air of whether or not the termites had ever left after the first treatment. Pete’s refused (even after home owners paid for the up-keep warranty) to come back and make the situation right. My clients had to pay another company to come out and treat and ended up being out of pocket another $600. I will not recommend Pete’s to any future clients.

Piss poor Performance Pete. Tried Pete's out a few weeks ago. After initial spray I've seen an increase in spiders (especially small, red spiders) and it appears we are now also dealing with fleas (we have no animals). When I called to get them back out to spray, it was a 2.5 week wait. I explained my situation and how we'd never dealt with an increase in insects like this previously (used Weaver's before). They said that was the timeframe they had. Cancelled Pete's. Bad customer service and little regard for a situation they should be more helpful with...especially with a new customer. Back to Weaver's.

Pete’s pest control came out to treat my home, and told me to give them a call back within 7 to 14 days if we continue to find fleas, that was in the warrantee. So we have been trying to reach out to them to come back and do our second treatment, but they have not returned our calls.

My family has been very pleased with the service we received with Pete's Pest Control. The pricing is competitive, the service is great and the results are there. When we moved in to our new house we had quite a few bugs finding their way in... not anymore.

Called in after hours on a Thursday and the owner answered the phone and answered some questions that I had about their products and services. With many companies you would go to voicemail and hope to be called back. This type of customer service is refreshing to experience nowadays.
