I appreciated that Ronnie came a few minutes early. I didn't have wait for the two-hour window. He was professional, nice, and taught me several things I was glad to learn. He did a thorough inspection in and outside my house including the basement. I feel confident and comforted after his inspection. His years of experience and knowledge were evident. Monty came to my home to spray inside because it was inspected on 29 September and I was not at home so they couldn’t spray inside he checked my rodent trays in my garage for me and they were empty he also checked the one outside my home and it was also empty and supposedly it had been filled and inspected with no activity on 29 September I would like for Monty to be the one to inspect my home from now on he did a wonderful job and he paid attention to detail I have a horrible fear of rodents and the reason I am using you is primarily for rodent protection. If the bait stations are not properly maintained it doesn’t serve my purpose. Monty was great.

Ronnie did a snake inspection but did no work. We paid him $95.00 for the inspection, but we have been billed $260.00 for work that wasn’t done. We will not be paying the $260.00. I would appreciate a response from you. Ronnie was very nice, but I don’t appreciate the incorrect billing.Service: Home inspection
