Schendel has the best customer service you will find, Period! If there is ever a problem, they come out and fix it free of charge, even if we are not due for service.

I have been a very happy customer for many years. Today my technician, Zach, took it upon himself to knock down the spiderwebs on my front porch. Talk about going above and beyond! They consistently do and excellent job while providing prompt and courteous service. I would highly recommend Schendel.

The service was not an issue, however the billing department is abysmal. After not receiving a bill for three months and calling them to correct the address to send the bill to, they went ahead and starting drawing money from the original debit card without my authorization. When I notified them to STOP taking money they were unauthorized to, they went ahead and sent me a paper bill as well as continuing to draw from my bank account.
I would NOT recommend this company.

After a brief assessment, the representative from Schendel recommended $1300 in treatments for a pest problem that Haley Pest Control discovered did not exist. I strongly recommend using Haley Pest Control.

My house is under warranty for termites. I have indications that I may have termites in my house. I called a week ago, and was told Sean would contact me. No go! I called again 3 days ago and was told Chad would contact me. So far, no go!
What's so hard about a follow-up phone call? They will contact me eventually, I'm sure, because I'm not giving up, but I would expect more concern and quicker response. Color me not impressed with their customer service/follow-up
