Generational Smiles

This dentist is a nightmare. He put my daughter braces on and now he is not reachable. Her teeth are not aligned where they should be after a year. He tried to over bill and scam us and we tried to continue going to him to carry out the process but I knew it wouldn't be long before he is out business. He keeps moving his office and hires students that are not knowledgeable of the business practice. Office staff is basically his flunkies that assist and don't know what they are doing and they are just their for a check. Nothing is sanitized. He needs infection control. I hate to even think now that she was going there and he wasn't sterilizing his equipment.

The Dr. Started my daughter’s root canal and when she returned to finish He had closed the office. Why start something and you knew that you were closing soon now she has to get her tooth pulled

I called last week and the receptionist seemed very nice and she made an appointment for my son and my daughter who are both teens. It was my first time calling them because we were new to the area and looking for a new dentist. We arrived at our appointment and they were closed. They sent out a confirmation text earlier in the day and I confirmed. There was also a gentleman with an appointment before ours and he had been waiting over an hour. Neither of us received a call or text to say they were closed. I waited until the next afternoon to write this review to see if anyone would call and apologize. That did not happen. I called the office and no one answered. I am done! I will never go back and I do not recommend it. Too bad we cannot give out negative stars. This would be -5 stars.

I’ll never visit again. Was made to fill details that is no way related to perform a routine dental check. I was never kept informed of what will be done to me. They just asked me to sit on the dental chair, almost started performing whatever they wanted. I stopped before they would start, and asked what is being done and was not explained. Filling was so uneven and the doctor just left without asking if everything was okay. No advice on what next, when visit again. No advice on what to expect or ….! Never visiting again.

I'm reading some of the comments and I can't believe what I'm reading. I've been going to this guy for years and not once had a bad experience. The staff was always nice and the Dr. Was considerate and and humorous. Are we talking about Generational Smiles?? These are are great

BEWARE THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDEand DISRESPECTFUL DOCTOR IVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. He was not only rude to me but also to the staff. You can clearly see they are afraid of him!! Also he’s very impatient. As a nurse from a huge corporation this is UNACCEPTABLE AND I PRAY NO ONE ELSE HAS TO DEAL WITH THIS. I got a filling and it feels like rocks literally. He put the fillin not only where the whole on my tooth is but being sloppy it also is on the tooth next to it so I can’t even floss between my teeth. I’m so disappointed

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVER!!! The doctor is extremely unprofessional.He is veryyy unsanitary rude & impatient with all of his patients.He also reuses disposable items on many of his patients. He prescribes wrong medicine & anytime a patient complains he NEVERRRR tries to resolve the problem.Remember i do not recommend going here.Also he leaves patients in the chair to go run random arrons like going to the car wash for hours!! Very unprofessional

The dentist and his receptionist were nice but when I got my tooth pulled, instead of him using dissolvable stitches to close the hole in my gums he left the hole open and told me make sure I don't eat on that side.

My first visit was amazing! the staff was organized and friendly. Speedy and detailed service, that's a plus for me! Dr. Dolberry exhibited total professionalism in presenting my case. Thanks so much generational smiles see you at my next appointment.

THIS PLACE IS SHADY!! I WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS FOR A SERVICE THAT WASN'T PROVIDED. BACK IN 2016 I STARTED MAKING PAYMENTS TO DR. DOLBERRY TOWARDS AN AGREED UPON $1,000 DOWN PAYMENT FOR BRACES BEFORE ANY SERVICES WERE RENDERED. ONCE I GOT UP TO $700 THE RECEPTIONIST INFORMED ME THAT I COULD GO AHEAD AND BEGIN THE PROCESS TO GET BRACES. HE ALSO TRIED TO BILL MY INSURANCE COMPANY BUT TRIED TO CODE IT DIFFERENT SO HE CAN GET PAID FROM THEM AND MYSELF. I WENT IN TO GET WHAT HE CALLED SPACERS, WHICH IS WHERE THEY PUT RUBBER BANDS IN BETWEEN THE BACK TEETH TO SPACE YOUR TEETH TO AFTERWARDS INSERT THE REAR BRACKETS TO HOLD THE BRACES. THOSE WERE IN FOR 2 WEEKS AND THEN REMOVED, OR SO I THOUGHT. WHEN I WENT IN TO GET THE BRACKETS PUT IN HE HAD LEFT ONE OF THE RUBBER BANDS IN BUT PUT THE BRACKET IN ON TOP OF IT AND PRESSED THE RUBBERBAND DOWN INTO MY GUMS AND CEMENT PLACED TO HOLD THE BRACKETS ON, LEAVING THE RUBBER BAND TRAPPED DOWN IN MY GUMS. AFTER ABOUT A WEEK IT BEGAN TO GET INFECTED AND I RETURNED TO HIM. THE DENTAL ASSISTANT CLEANED AROUND THE AREA AND GAVE ME SOME ANTIBIOTICS. AFTER ABOUT ANOTHER WEEK, IT STILL HADN'T CLEARED UP AND I RETURNED TO THE OFFICE. THE DENTIST, DR. DOLBERRY DID SOME XRAYS AND THEN INFORMED ME I HAD "CAVITIES" AND WOULD HAVE TO GET THAT ADDRESSED BEFORE I COULD CONTINUE ON WITH THE PROCESS. THIS WAS SURPRISING TO ME CONSIDERING THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED DURING MY PREVIOUS EXAM VISITS. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, CLEANING AND DIGGING IN MY MOUTH HE FOUND THE CULPRIT. THE RUBBER BANDS HE FORCED DOWN INTO MY GUMS AND CEMENTED IN!! THEN HE CLEANED MY MOUTH UP, GAVE MORE ANTIBIOTICS. AFTER THAT I WAS TOO SCARED TO GO BACK TO HAVE HIM FINISH THE WORK. I WENT TO ANOTHER DENTIST AND PAID OUT OF POCKET TO HAVE THEM REMOVE THE BRACKETS DR.DOLBERRY PUT IN. I TOOK THE MONEY I PAID HIM INITIALLY $700 AS A LOSS. NOW OVER 2 YEARS LATER, I GET A PHONE CALL SAYING HE HAS SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR $4000. I'M CURIOUS TO HOW HE HAS SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR A SERVICE I DIDN'T RECEIVE AFTER HE CAUSED ME PAIN, INFECTION, ANXIETY AND STRESS WHICH LATER LED TO ME HAVING A MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS EXACERBATION.
