Let me start by saying that Mr. Glen Bryan is an awesome Product Specialist. He was very patient and he wanted to make sure that we were comfortable while at the dealership. He is such a nice guy who was very informative about the Genesis GV70 which I purchased from him. When talking to him I felt like I was talking to a family member. He even called me 2 days later to see if everything was okay and that truly made my day. I will definitely recommend Mr. Glen Bryan to my family and friends if they wanted to purchase a Hyundai vehicle.
Salesman I worked with was great. Sales manager was terrible. Offered me $4,000 for a car they're selling the exact same make/model/year/mileage of for $17,000 on the lot. Went to another Genesis location and got $10,000 for my trade in and spent my $55,000 on my new G70 there. The location I purchased from will also get all my service revenue. This could be a great company with one terrible sales manager, but his arrogance and middle school level negotiation strategy were easily enough to convince me never to waste my time here again. Best of luck to the very professional and helpful salesman who has to work underneath this amateur.
I took my Hyundai ionic 5 for service not too long ago. Not only did I receive excellent customer service but my vehicle was also ready within a few hours. They texted me a couple time throughout the service to let me know what was going on. Because I was busy, I wasn’t able to pick it up right away. When I spoke with customer service, they were very understanding and allowed me to pick it up a few days days later.
Dropped my 2021 G80 Prestige off for service... due to a recurring, check engine light appearing! this is a whole other story… new car, $80,000! check engine light keeps coming on….Total nightmare! was told that it would be a few days before it was looked at and fixed... Lo and behold I tracked my vehicle in the evening only to find out that the service manager had taken my vehicle off of the premises... Drove it almost 40 miles to his home! Parked my car in his garage... like it was his….And kept my car at his home, overnight! All without my permission... !!!! He literally took my car for a night! Quite possibly longer because I didn't check the previous nights... Like, who does this?
I had a 12:00 appointment for an oil change. I was out before 1:00. I noticed they didn't run my car through the wash and they left the stearing wheel plastic cover on. Kudos for the correct air pressure in my tires. Especially because I had just left the a tire place and had my tires rotated but the ride to Hyundai felt rough.
I got my 2022 GV70 from this dealer, quite overpriced but I went ahead with it anyway. Issues started after the sale. I spent two weeks trying to schedule service appointment, they have no one for Genesis, it's laughable, call back took a week, nearest appointment mid-October. I knew coming from Mercedes there would be issues since it's a new brand, but this is really bad, I think I will be making that extra drive to another dealer. My new Genesis SUV has lost all of its alure because of this dealer
Tyler Seder has gone above and beyond for me in my search for the ever-elusive G90. He is a truly brilliant salesman who is overall just a joy to be around. I look forward to continuing to do business with him
1. Lowest appraisal on Trade-in value, I have 4 appraisals and trying to take extra $3000 profit from here. 2. trying to take extra money on tax deduction by telling me that I’m not qualify for tax deduction when I trade my car and changed your words later. trying to take extra $2500 profit from here. At least be reasonable and not falsifying the information that I am qualifying for.

Carlos is AWESOME! Dropped by yesterday for a test drive based on an ad on a car buying service and my prior experience owning a Genesis; left with a G80! Carlos made the whole experience enjoyable.
