Gentle Dentistry - New Hope, Winnetka Ave.

Unprofessional!!!!! Was NOT greeted by the 3 ladies at front desk! Staff openly discussing another patients cost mocking her. Dental assistant or dentist's on cell phone discussing online shopping for apparel! Dentist was nowhere near thorough let alone clear ENGLISH or treatment besides a referral that was NO GOOD with NO help from them as I was told to find my own oral surgeon! Dentist prescribes narcotics when it clearly states I'm ALLERGIC to them (but there's a opioid epidemic, right!!! ? Got sent home in pain and NO updated referrals!! Wasted visit and this is what the state ends up paying for! Do better!

Very friendly front desk! Also the free samples of toothpaste and teeth whitening gum was a plus. Very quick experience with the Dentist/Dental Therapist. However, what can you expect with one of the only dental offices taking state insurance/MA. Very competent professionals. Overall good experience.

Gentle Dentistry is a great Dental Clinic whether it be for yourself or for the whole family. I have been searching for a good Dental Clinic for my family of 7. My 4 school-aged children needed to get their teeth cleaned and instead of having to take them one by one in separate days for appointments, the appointment schedulers at Gentle Dentistry made sure there were a day for me to take my 4 kids in. The dentists there are so kind as well. Before doing any teeth cleaning or procedures, they thoroughly explained to my husband and I what they will he doing, aftercare, etc.. If you are looking for a friendly, family dental clinic; then Gentle Dentistry is the one.

I've been to a number of dentists over the years and Gentle Dentistry is by far, the top of the line when it comes to friendly, personal dental care. They make you feel like your teeth really matter to them. The staff is professional and efficient, emphasizing on your dental needs. I can't say enough to let everyone know that you are in the most competent hands when you choose Gentle Dentistry in New Hope, MN!

They are friendly,caring, and really do their best to make me at ease. My son loves going there, as much as you can love going to the dentist. We have been to a couple different dentists. This one surpasses them all.
