His decades of culinary experience show in subtle and flavorful ways in his 20-seat dining room in SoHo. The candle-lit dinners are intimate and convivial, and the decor's sparse and natural while maintaining an easy charm. Small farms provide the food we serve, with a focus on hormone and antibiotic-free ostrich, venison, and bison, and hand-selected wines and craft beers are expertly paired with the dishes.
