The owner went above and beyond for a buddy of mine today. He had an important engagement to attend the next day. It was a last minute appointment. The cleaner told him to come back 5:00 later in the day. It wasn't till almost 6:00 when my friend got there. Almost an hour after closing. Instead of saying "tough, better luck tomorrow", the cleaner instead waited in his car for my friend to show up! I'm sure my friend is VERY grateful for this awesome server.

George does an extraordinary job with tailoring. When it came time to have my wedding dress tailored and fitted, there was only one choice.

A man answered the phone and I asked how much dry cleaning and laundry was. He immediately got upset and said his policy was to only discuss prices in person and hung up on me. If you can not answer a simple question I can not do business with you let alone trust you with customer service if something goes wrong with my clothes.

Called to ask for dry cleaning pricing and he said "I don't do that over the phone. Bring me your work and I'll tell you" and then straight hung up

Hung up on me when I called for a price quote.
