I've had good dry cleaning experiences here, but I came in to have a hole in a dress fixed and rather than tell me that it couldn't be done there, they ruined my dress see pictures and would not give a $7 refund.

The lady is very nice here. Doesn’t speak perfect English but gets the job done fast

I had two dresses that needed to be cleaned for oil spots. They didn't clean anything. When I talked to the manager, he yelled and screamed at me. He was very rude and mean, and the female clerk is very rude too. I am not going to be going back. Quincy cleaners is the worst place to bring your clothes to.
