One of the cleanest Webb's I have been in. Customer Service was polite. My boyfriend and I had a sweet lady for a server. Hot chocolate was super on a chilly day. Also a calm atmosphere to relax and have a conversation in a booth. They have pretty decent deals on breakfast, soups, burgers, and even coupons on the place settings on the table tops. Another plus was free wi-fi...no password needed!
If I could give a 0 Star I would . This was absolutely disgusting . I only took one bite because my bf asked me to. Dry gross old “burger” which we were asked to pay for before we even got our food. Was missing ingredients, but honestly even with what it should have had on it it was straight up nasty . Wow. I hope corporate does something about this . I’ll be calling tomorrow morning . Sick .
Very friendly staff. The place appears to be pretty clean. The restrooms are fairly clean. The food is always done right and taste good. Never have issues for parking at this location. One of the better ones in the city. Hit like if this review was helpful. Thanks!
Service is a little slow, and I think it's a bit overpriced. The meat lover skillet did taste good.
The food quality was good but there was an immense lack of service in an almost completely vacant diner. My family of three waited 15 minutes before one of the four staff members acknowledged we were there and took our order. Apparently an early-afternoon on a Saturday was an inconvenient time for us to be hungry.
Service was terrible. My food was extra greasy, and the server was weird. Instead of explaining why she handed us our check before giving us our food, which is policy now for 3rd shift I guess, she just stood where we were sitting and watched my boyfriend and I talk. After about a minute she finally decides to say "you have to pay your ticket before you get your food". Upside, the 1st shift manager was cool and replaced my order at no cost!
This review is for this location of George Webb only, not the chain as a whole. I arrived with a friend at 9:45am today, 07/04/2019. We sat down almost immediately. We were not even greeted until approximately 10:10am. In the 25 minutes that we waited to even be acknowledged, at least 5 people who arrived after us had their orders taken. By the time our order was taken we had already been there for at least 30 minutes. After our order was taken eggs and toast it was at least another 20 minutes until my friend got his food. My food? Oh, oops, they HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON MY ORDER. Mind you, this is a small restaurant. They were short staffed, and I certainly understand that things happen, but the service was beyond horrible. Definitely will not be back.
The staff were nice. They were short of staff. One girl took 30 minutes i swrar to count out some change. My cup was dirty. The food was good. The only reason that I didn't leave was because they warned me ahead of time that it would take a minute and because I was so hungry!!!I left a decent tip.
Food was okay but this place is NOT 24 hours. A little before 10pm they shut the doors and stop taking orders. Cook wasn't thrilled we came in at little after 9pm but there's no way to know the 24 hour sign on the door is a lie. Reply to owner: There was a sign on the window brightly stating '24 hours'. Not to mention on this very Google posting the location hours are 24 hours every day. So obviously there's some huge miscommunication happening.
Love this place, it's clean, very friendly people, always coming here, this is my first time with bad service, sometimes you have to be careful who's cooking back there. At some point it's good, some point is bad. I order a big breakfast with the eggs, hashbrowns, bacon & toast. Some French toast on the side. My hashbrowns we're a bit rubbery, eggs was a bit burnt, everything else was good. Maybe next time I'll order something else. The Server was nice ,so friendly tho.
