Georgetown University Bookstore

Very nice bookstore. It is loaded with apparel and all sorts of other items you could want. Not only does it contain that but upstairs has all your textbooks and dorm room items from shower items to everyday needs. Also has a large book section for leisure reading.

Nice staff! I wasn’t able to get everything I wanted here and had to make trip to Georgetown Tee’s, but bygones. I had a great time on campus as usual.

Friendly staff and enjoyed all the options to show school spirit and Georgetown Pride. I was hoping to find a visor with the bulldog head but only had the G. I bought this great cap instead as well as a cute Sock Monkey and dog sweatshirt.

Staff were super helpful when I was wanting to find the School of medicine section for a shirt to support my son. The clothes are also nice, albeit a bit pricey... Not surprising, considering it is Georgetown. I will come back since it seems like a nice place to visit to buy some university pride merchandise.

I came in because I was visiting Georgetown and had a low battery on my phone and really only needed a quick charge. Josh W working in the tech department told me I could buy a portable charger $9 and that would be more affordable than buying a plug $12 because it comes precharged, he also told me word for word “if it isn’t precharged bring it back and we can exchange it for you because that would mean it’s defective” so I thought that was perfect and bought it along with a $20 charger because there were no cheaper ones. Upon opening the portable charger box we both realized it was dead. He called over a manager a man with a black hat on, who was incredibly rude and had no emotions other than lack of caring about the situation. He looked me in the eyes and said “this isn’t effective it’s just been sitting on the shelf for too long and needs to charge you’ll just have to plug it in and wait for it to charge” However the only reason I bought it was because I didn’t have a plug or charger…. me and Josh both told him that Josh said if it wasn’t charged it would be defective. He did not care at all. Told me to charge it here and wait for it to charge. But if that was always an option, why did they let me spend $32 on these items? No apologies from either of them. Two products I’m unable to use right now even though that’s what I needed and no sincerity around. Super disappointed. Extremely upset.

cute! A little expensive but good vibe and the workers all seemed nice and helpful. I don't go to the school itself but didnt feel out of place!

Stopped by my alma mater to meet a friend & purchase a sweatshirt. The store was well stocked & nicely organized with variety of selections to choose from. The staff was friendly & helpful. I am stoked to read Cal Newport’s new book. Love him & his brilliant perspective & life changing TedTalk on social media & digital minimalism.

Good size Campus bookstore with a wide selection of college clothing.

They are not friendly and welcoming. Did not have a good feeling in this school.

Spent 40 min trying to get to it, when finally went in the hotel on campus to ask and they told me it is closed. Their hours said it was open but of well. Also never actually got to it. A lot of construction and no signs to actually find it.
