I walked in and didn't expect to find what I needed. But there it was! Very excited to see the had the hair selection I needed (crochet twists) and the people that run were very kind and helpful. I didn't call ahead, I just took a chance, but because it is a small location calling ahead might be helpful

The people are nice but that's about it.Not very knowledgeable. They have a small selection, very tight aisles (store is tiny in general plus its packed) and they never seem to open or close on time.

I took a 40 min train from Arlington here. Only to be told they don't accept American express. The flat iron I wanted was $48 (w/tax). I had $42 and they refused it... I purchased the item from Amazon for $40 free shipping. Pure convenience. If this is how small businesses operate and on a product with an astronomical markup, i'm happy to contribute to Amazon's $1B profit margin. Soon they'll all be obsolete anyway. Don't ever expect my business.

I always buy my hair from them & plus they're very friendly (awesome customer service)....I'm a life long customer w/ them....its a neighborhood beauty supply store so if you don't live in/around the Georgia Aveune/Petworth area you'll never find/know where it's located....I been going to them for yrs
