Absolutely horrible. The Great and powerful Ga DOR is at it again. They make their owe rules I suppose. I'm glad I served 20 years for the right to receive a notice of proposed assessment six years late and shackled into paying overdue penalties. LOL. Great job David. Salute to you!

I got right through to someone. I worked with Scott, who was extremely nice and helpful.
When I call the phone line, I get my favorite customer service word..."unfortunately". Whenever you hear this word from customer service, it means they are just about to give you some bad news. When I try to go to the website, I just get the spinning icon of death.

TERRIBLE. It's 2020 and you still have to submit forms through mail? Come on. The representatives are okay for the most part but not so great when they don't share the same information. Unsatisfied.
I would like to say I appreciate "Adrienne Poyer" she provided me with excellent service. She was very helpful with assisting me on the sign up process and any questions that I had. I loved her attitude & energy!
