Scams. Don't waste your time trying to appeal online; they will just charge you more with the late fee they probably didn't even look at my appeal.

Such an incredible ripoff and absolutely horrible to deal with. Still can’t believe I’ve gotten tickets even after paying the $800 fee for a pass. Not to mention having to move my car across campus for mostly empty game days. The parking deck operators are rude and difficult. Very disappointed in GT for how they allow PTS to be run.

I cant even give them 0 stars on here so they have to get one. There is literally nothing they have done that is worthy. They're rude, mean, unhelpful and are just an inconvenience to students and faculty.

You forget to pay for five minutes via the ParkMobile app and they are right on your tail. Leaches is what these people are.
