This company is deplorable. These photos were taken from inside my car. As you can see, signs say you’ll be booted but absolutely nothing about how to pay. The meter was not working. When I came back 10 minutes later from the student health center, because they’re stealing from college students I had a boot. The attendant said that it doesn’t matter that you can’t see the sign from the car his exact words: “we had more signs but someone must have taken them down”. $75 can be devastating to many people, especially people in college. I intend to report them to the BBB and the Georgia Consumer Protection agency. Do not use this company and do not park in Premier Parking associated lots.
Overall, the agents were aggressive and demeaning. The attitudes I received by your attendants, and agents were completely unacceptable. When calling the service line, I was spoked to in a demeaning manner hung up on while asking for a time estimate. I called the emergency line and they refused to tell me the name of the agent I previously spoke to as apparently the number on the ticket, website, parking lot and the agent to remove the boot are all in different states by different companies, as I was told. It’s interesting that upon arriving to complete the removal, I was told that my only card, American Express, was not accepted. However, they take AMEX to pay for parking at the lot. I asked for other methods and was told that cashapp was accepted as an alternative. Any person on their right mind would not have offered this as an alternative method nor accepted this. That screamed scam to me. The agent proceeded to pull off telling me to call when I was ready to pay. For someone who was willing to pay, this became a feeling of being trapped and stranded. The boot was already present and the people in charge of removing this seemed to want to inflict further punishment of their own which was totally unacceptable. The emergency line took 8 calls within 15 minutes to be reached, only to be told that I am able to pay in other forms besides cashapp as initially told. I have parked in this lot many times and paid many times, no issues. I have witnessed other boots with no issues. Upon arriving the second time, I asked why I was only given cashapp as an alternative… he responded “that’s what you asked me for sweetheart.” These agents need training on how to deliver an ounce of customer service instead of trying to inflict further consequences outside of their abilities.
This company has predetory practices and I don't know how they are still in business. They booted my car even though I have a permit for the garage. I had to wait 1.5 hours for an agent to show up to take the boot off of my car. When I called after an hour of waiting, they rep on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I recommend to not park in any lot that this company services.
On a TUESDAY evening in quiet midtown, I’m waiting STILL for someone to come after calling dispatch twice. I’m completely fine paying the $75 fine. Making someone wait for over an hour outside with their car when they are just trying to pay and go home to their kids is PATHETIC.
A quick google search will bring up an endless amount of lawsuits, including class actions, that this company has lost for illegal booting practices. Like the rest of the reviews on here, we were booted even though we paid. The employee sent out made threats about "making our lives very hard" if we didn't pay, and physically challenged me by cornering me towards the car. He kept making insulting comments and personal attacks to try to get a reaction from me. This argument happened after we had already paid and he had already removed the boots, so I am not sure what he had to gain from this, it just seemed like he was angry at his job or having a bad night and decided to take it out on us. He continued the personal insults until I closed my car door and drove off. I called the owner to complain about this employee while the interaction was going on, but the first thing the owner did when he picked up the phone was raise his voice at me saying he had no obligation to answer me or talk to me at all because I "didn't know how to use voicemail;" and he began insulting my intelligence saying I "didn't understand how to read the signs and pay correctly." The entire situation was just mind-blowing to me--to be repeatedly personally attacked and insulted by the owner and employee of this company for no apparent reason, even after we had already paid $130 to have the boots removed.
Do not park in any lot with this company’s name attached. Tonight we parked in the Decatur lot of downtown New Orleans in the French Quarter. The machine in front of our vehicle would not turn on so we paid at the machine directly across from our vehicle. We paid for more than our time and gave the attendant proof of payment, and he refused to remove the boot, stating we paid the wrong meter. When we called the number again to speak with a supervisor, they told us they were putting us at the back of the line because they were tired of us calling and we shouldn’t be surprised since we didn’t pay when we were told. Finally after about an hour or so, the attendant returned and we had to pay an additional $130 for them to remove the boot as other families stood around us dumbfounded as to why they also had boots on their cars after paying. I have all this on video- four different families. Watch out for these people - they will extort you. I have reported them to the BBB. If you’ve been scammed, please do the same so we can put them out of business.
Had to park in a lot controlled by these scam artists for a half hour to help set a gig up. The only way to pay the $6 parking fee is via online, which did not accept my payment. The same happened to 3 other people in the lot, so we left to do our stuff. When we came back, our cars were booted. The employee refused to remove the boots from any of our cars until we paid $55 each, and took my sticker before I was able to write his employee ID # down, so we can't dispute it through their website. We'll be disputing this with our bank instead.
Paid for parking but we were still booted. The employee and owner that we talked to both had extreme anger issues so we could not have a civil discussion with them. We got tired of the insults and intimidation tactics from the employee so we paid the $130 after already paying for parking earlier; we tried to leave, but the employee followed us to the car to try to argue and made physical advances to try to get us to fight him. The disrespect and anger from both the owner and employee was just unreal.
Paid for all day parking just to come back to my car booted 10 hours before my ticket expired. Took the people 45 minutes to finally arrive and take the boot off my car. I know the loss of just my business won’t be enough for a change, but this is a very poor structured business and is a waste of time for not only the customers but the employees.
Horrible people!!! Never use the lots. They will cancel payments to boot cars and get more money! Then ehen you call hang up on you and never answer the phone after HORRIBLE
