Mark is the absolute BEST!! Gerhard's was the ONLY appliancee store that took the time to explain why there was a shortage of refrigerators and to assure me that my refrigerator that they ordered for me would be installed in approximately a month. I highly recommend Gerhard's!!

I was in there looking to purchase a refigerator/ freezer and walked around for about 10 minutes and not one person came to assist. There were 3 workers behind the counter and not one other cuatomer in the store. I left and went across to Lowes and made my purchase. They lost out on a $1,500 purchase for lack of customer service.

Made a purchase of a stove recently. Had a good experience at the store, the tracking device letting you know when they arrive was very accurate, and the delivery guys were very professional. It was a good experience. Would recommend!
