I brought a bedroom set August 1 No delivery was available We got pick up truck Dresser leg was damaged got one in box brought home also damage drawers wouldn't work top was damage leg cracked Got chest home wrong color had to take sample which top was cracked  call furniture repair man said this was worst furniture he ever saw made he repair tops with cracks drawers he has to get brackets This store might have cheap prices but furniture poor quality l only wanted it because it was very farmhouse looking

Thought the store would have had better deals same model at home depot for $50 less and has box. Also hard to navigate through. I understand the concept of open box and leaving everything lying around so you think you are getting a deal but was just difficult to navigate and nothing was a good deal.

Today I had a great experience there with the salesman Josh. He was very helpful. Josh went beyond. We did find a lot of the things we was looking for there… I’ll will be writing another review when the merchandise comes in. @ American Freight y’all have a great employee.

This place is horrible. I purchased a refrigerator Dec 8th for delivery. First the delivery was two weeks to receive. Two days before I was to receive the refrigerator. I receive a call that they’re unable to deliver the refrigerator. And don’t know when they can deliver it. I receive a call Dec 28th that the refrigerator was supposed to be delivered today. But they will not be able to deliver it again and it might not be able to deliver until after January sometime but don’t know when..

I brought a frdegedare gallery less than a year ago the compressor went. which should be under manufactured warranty. I called all week,no one answered or they put you on hold n don't come back I had to throw out a lot of food . I went n got another refrigerator some where else.i  won't finish paying for that item I'm done. not a good buy.

This place is horrible been scheduled for 4 deliveries and hasn't showed up yet. They put you on hold for 30min to 1hr and never call back. Manger pretends he's busy to not deal with the issue and he never there. I will also be reporting to cooperate.

The young man by the name of Josh was very helpful. He had a lot of patience and was honest. His customer service was amazing. He did not have what we originally wanted in stock but he was able to find a great alternative that matched my home perfectly. Although it was not same day delivery, he was able to give us a good day since we were picking up. I will be recommending this place to family and friends as long as my furniture holds up to its value as mentioned.

I had a great experiece at American Freight. My sales person was Jay. He was knowlegable and patient. Made purchase easy. Will return in the future!
