Listen, the items are over priced and expectation of the service sales team is they are doing you a favor. Home Depot' s a better choice. Even with the damaged portion of this unit, they still wanted 1500.00. Samsung gives more of a discount than they do.

Brought a GE washing machine that works ok. Needs some repair work. I have a year warranty. The customer service is good.

My husband and I came here to look for a refrigerator. We've bought from here before. Since we moved we still have the old fridge from the previous owners. This place is a bit different from when we used to come here. Anyway they do have some good appliances, but we did not purchase in this day.

I would recommend this place to family or friends. I have purchased my refrigerator and my washing machine from here so far.
