Super fun for the kids. A bit smaller than another one we've been to in the lower 48 but still a good time. Seemed like the lighting could have been a bit better.
My 3 year old son broke his leg proximal tibia fracture which is more common, for kids under the age of 6, then trampoline parks care to mention. Don’t take your toddlers here period. This place is a mad house, you may catch it on a slow day but don’t make the mistake I did when it got busy with in seconds and two teenagers double bounced my son as they chased each other across multiple trampolines. I carried my son to the front desk, which is the only place an employee could be found, to have them call an ambulance. If you have to sign a waiver don’t bother risking your child’s life or future for a little fun. Absolutely not worth it. 6 weeks later my sons tibia still has not healed. Get air is fully aware of the damages they may cause otherwise they wouldn’t have you sign something that states can cause death. Why are we paying money to risk our children’s lives.
My kids love this place, and when it's too cold to play outside, it's a lifesaver. It's hard to find many activities that are fun for everyone and all ages in our family but this is a go-to for us, from preschool to high school. Props to Tyler at the front desk for excellent customer service. This kind of helpful, polite, and friendly customer service is what I'd like everywhere. Give him a raise!
There should be some referees or something. I was there with my 12 year old, sitting and watching. The older kids 12-16 or so were horribly mannered. Throwing stuff at other kids and at the ceiling fan. Balls, foam blocks and some candy they spit in that they had in a bag into the foam pit. Kids running into each other and adults, no excuse me or anything. And the way they were talking I would not want my kid to be around them anyway. Maybe a quieter time to go but both of us were pretty done.
A bit pricey and you'll have to buy special socks from them at the door, but letting your kid jump around for an hour or two is a great way to tire them out when they're bouncing off the walls at home. They added a multi-tier play place section for younger kids, so we've gone more often with our 5 and 3 year old. I will say, however, the play place doesn't seem maintained. It's only about a year old, and there are already roped/sealed off sections.
The lack of employee supervision in the jump area is so concerning. My kids are 10 and 15, but I find myself as a mom telling older and bigger kids to watch out for the little kids. There are areas for 60" or shorter being over run by kids who are older and taller. Its a safety issue ypu would think the employees would be monitoring. I've seen a little kid get stuck in the bounce house as it's collapsing because of the older kids. Just because they are regulars that come almost daily they have the run of the place. It's chaos. I know it's at lease they have a place to go but the employees need to do a better job monitoring the jump ares. I have seen 1 employee in the jump ares once in the 2 hrs I have been here, and he isn't monitoring he is jumping with the "regulars".
So fun! It's great for all ages! My favorite part is taking my almost two year old around the play area, down the slides, jumping into foam pits, and of course jumping on the trampolines.
Great park. Had a great birthday party there. My son left his pack pack at the park and not only did they keep it for us but all his cash was still inside!
Traveling from out of town, visited Get Air to get away from the cold. My sons had a blast, it’s not a very large location but we paid a great rate. It was $25 for socks, entrance for two children under 5. They give military discount!!!! If we lived in anchorage we would visit more often.
Sooo much fun! Wish I would have brought my son here sooner! Good place for kids to burn some energy!
