Shockwave Trampoline Park

The kids had fun. BUT on the other hand, staff weren’t very attentive in the jumping area. We informed a young employee about spilled popcorn TWICE and all she could say was, “Okay”, both times! Another employee tried handing us the broom and dust pan to sweep up the popcorn and after informing her that we are no employees, she ran to her manager. Time passes and she came back with a sarcastic tone.

Our family went in December 4th & had an incident with some kids, they gained up and thew balls as hard as they could at my child's head. The staff inforce the no bully rule, they handled the situation amazingly, and even though they were short staffed Excellent customer service

2 large morbidly obese old lady’s where in charge at today’s shift normally really chill teens they where very mean to us from the start, they wouldn’t let us sign in because we didn’t have a waver we did proceded to gaslight us into thinking we where up to “no good”, called us disrespectful, and falsely accused us of forging into the waver system we clearly weren’t. Don’t fire them but give them a good talk on humility and costumer service skills. Thanks- Andrew Tate

Everything was going well and everyone was having a good time until an employee who started her shift later showed up and was throwing rules and lecturing my younger siblings…. I saw it the first time when she started yelling at them. They were jumping in place and talking keep in mind they were not aggressively jumping since they were conversing when an unsupervised boy small boy, Maybe 3/4 years old came and started jumping with them bc he thought he was having fun with them. They calmed the jumping, literally their feet was not even off the trampoline. But since the boy was so tiny he’d jump a few hops and then stumble. Without hesitation the employee did not evaluate the situation and started going off at my siblings saying they could really hurt this kid and it could lead to serious injuries. She was NOT friendly at all and was quick to judge. We just walked it off and distanced ourselves from other jumpers who were not part of our party. Some time later my siblings came back and sat down at the table and told me that they were yelled at by the same employee for sitting down on the trampoline side lines. As we were leaving the place, that same woman watched us leave. I truly believe that we were targeted by this woman. Shockwave, why are we being yelled at for taking a quick rest? Why are we being yelled at for something that could have been communicated more professionally? We were NOT a group of teenaged kids, we are young adults who were willing to talk; nothing we did was aggressive and it’s not like we did not listen.

I had my 7 year old daughters birthday party here. I’ve taken my kids to jump at shockwave a few times before and they love it. I love it because it gets them moving. The staff at shockwave are very friendly the birthday party was reasonably priced and to be honest the best party I’ve ever thrown. The parents and kids had so much fun. I will definitely throw more party’s at shockwave. The party host does everything and you just get to relax and enjoy. The party host makes party bags for the kids and they are actually really cute and full of different little toys for the kids & all the kids loved the party bags. Pizza was good and they even decorated with balloons. Can’t go wrong with shockwave! If your thinking about throwing a shockwave party just do it.

My daughter & I went there 12/29/21 around 6pm the people working there around the evening time was amazing! The guy working rock climbing & the two ladies working the front desk were so polite, kind & generous! We go there weekly for the last year & that was the best experience I’ve had since we started going there. Seeing them actually cleaning as well was a plus since my experience during this year was a lot of people that were on the clock just standing around, talking but not actually maintaining the facility.

My son had a blast there. Several of the activities were being remodeled. We used a Groupon which was great.

Great place. Clean. Friendly staff. Has snacks and drinks to buy. Look on groupon for deals!

Great place for kids party . Made my sons 5th birthday the best day ever.

Although staff very young they are very polite and helpful. They have picked up being cleaner. My kids always have great time.
