Gettysburg Tour Center

I have been on both the Jennie Wade and the Orphanage ghosts tours many times. This past weekend's fell a little short of those previous tours. I miss the walk around the town and the ghost stories that were told about the dobbins house and actually seeing the outhouse that the little boy was locked in. Also, it would have felt more period correct if the guides would have used period candles and were dressed in period civilian clothes. The scout reenactors had a great time!!! The boys and parents loved both tours. Everyone was still talking about them all day Saturday.

Terrible experience! We booked seats for the top section double decker bus tour ahead of time, and somehow the reservations were lost in the system when we boarded. There were no available seats on the top section for us. The only thing that was offered to us was to take the next tour (this was not feasible for us to do). I feel like we should have been offered a discount or comped tickets for a later date. They did refund our money back, but it was disappointing as we were here for a birthday and mother's day weekend celebration. Be aware of them overbooking the bus amd not checking tickets properly!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!

This is our third time we've done the tour and have learned new info on everyone of them. You really have to hate history to not enjoy yourself learning about our country. Our tour guy was very interesting. It was all worth the money.

Well worth the money and very informative guides! It allows you to get a better feel on the scale of the battlefields and the terrain, don't skip this!

Very educational and peaceful to honor the people who lost there lives here. A historic place to visit this is a must do if you are into history.
