Ghost Tours of Philadelphia

I really wish I would have read the reviews online. This wasn't a ghost tour, it wasn't scary and it wasn't interesting. Although our tour guide was really friendly and animated everything sounded like "theres a possibility that there might have been a ghost at one time in maybe one of the rooms that used to be here" Didn't make sense and it was a bunch of bologna. Super sad because I enjoyed everything else in Philly. I wouldn't recommend.

Fun thing to do on Halloween! Tour guide was in theater and was great at his job . We did the mansion tour and that was interesting to actually go inside a “haunted house”. The stops on the first part of the tour are very obvious. Would be fun to be a little more off the beaten path. We stopped at Washington square and independence hall.

Scheduled a tour for 8:30 pm this past Friday night after being told the 7:30 was booked. Showed up to the spot I was told to be at and no one was there. I called the office several times with no answer or machine to leave a message on. Big waste of time!

As far as a ghost tour, this one was pretty lame. Just walked around the neighborhood and listened to a cheese ball tell old ghost stories. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one is that we got to see a couple of cool historic sites off the beaten path. Not worth the money for sure!
