Liberty Travel

My experience is terrible. I’m trying to plan a trip for my 23rd birthday. Getting my phone calls or emails returned are impossible. I’m rushed off the phone. I still have unanswered questions. I have people traveling with me and I can’t give them the details because I don’t have any. I won’t be booking with them ever again.

We used Liberty Travel for our honeymoon to Portugal and Spain and couldn't have asked for a better time. Travel was smooth, hotels were beautiful, and Svetlana was responsive when we needed to get in touch. So thankful for this company because they took the stress of planning our honeymoon while we were planning our wedding!

Haven't even went on my trip yet but the whole process is just to much for me I'll cont. booking my own trips as I been doing. My agent rushes me off the phoneI have to call back almost every time to ask for a receipt I don't like the itinerary and how it's set up just throw this whole experience in the trash never again!! UPDATE : I had to add a cpl stars because my agent made a miracle happen but I had to catch up with her

My family, friends and I used Liberty for our traveling purposes and they are awful!!!! Especially one particular agent, Michael Granger. He was not helpful, our flight was not included and he didn't even offer to help us find any good deals on our flights!!! I have several other issues that I already reached out to Liberty for and haven't heard back from them. Which is really disheartening. There is absolutely no point in using them, you're not saving any money and you have to do most of the footwork yourself.

My agent Ilyse Agi was amazing she answered all my questions i felt right at home took time to walk me to a safe place of feelings that made me feel like i was in the right place to make my Dreams come true..i highly recommend her and liberty travel
