The pickup process wasn’t smooth. At the beginning of the day, we received an email that said our “order was out for delivery,” which isn’t what we ordered. After calling customer services, they said that was an error and it’s still for pickup. When picking up, we first found the sign for pickup parking that most Giant stores have, and called the number—the person didn’t ask for any order info and said someone would “be there soon.” No usual confirmation text. After calling back, another person told me to “go into the green lockers up front,” which I figured are the usual self-pickup lockers. It was opened already, but while grabbing our order, an employee came out telling us repeatedly to not go in there. They didn’t bother to confirm our order number after that, anyway, so it felt ironic, in terms of product safety. We still had to unpack our own groceries after that. We also weren’t given a receipt. It seems like this Giant is not super well trained on pickup orders. I would recommend removing the signage for pickup parking if it’s no longer relevant, and confirming over the phone with customers that someone will assist you at the lockers.
Haven't been to Giant for several years. Nice selection of Kosher, decent but high quality of legumes. Sparse amount of Pet food. Sunday afternoon apparently needs refills! Do you think shopping stops at noon??
The food selection is decent but goodness get your checkout situation figured out. There were more people 4 standing against the wall checking for thieves than employees ringing up groceries. The lines for each open check stand spanned back to the opposite side of the store.
The people that I had interactions with were so wonderful. From the person cleaning in produce to the person stocking shelves and the cashier. The went above and beyond. Also happy to see that Giant is hiring people with different abilities. I left the store feeling like the world is not so
The moment you walked in the smell of fresh fruits alerted my senses. When you walked the different aisles and areas of this Giant supermarket. All different senses of smell, where I could actually taste it in my mouth. That's how you know how fresh the foods are, I know where things are just by the smell. I have to say this is one of the very few supermarkets, where I could actually smell all those fresh foods and groceries.
Love Giant. The staff are so friendly especially Tim who collects the carts from the parking lot! Great selection of cheese and dairy. The kosher section is a big draw.
The building is a bit of a tight squeeze when it's busy, but if you catch it at the right time it's not bad. The deals are on par with other markets, I can get everything I need, and it's kept fairly clean and organized. Overall a very nice grocery store!
Giant gives you everything that you need in a comfortable clean store. Wheelchair accessible electric motorized chairs for those who need it. Nice kosher selection. Good fruit section as well. Recommended!
Great staff, well stocked, good prices. There's a lovely robot going around. Make sure to say hello.
Great store & prices, the Deli counter guys are very rude to women though. Have noticed over the many visits this year. Two guys with beards constantly show less customer service to my fiancee which is bothersome to witness. No issues other than that
