What can you say about Gifford's Ice Cream stands? Yet another Maine iconic establishment. I do have a personal favorite ice cream, though I'm not likely to get another taste of it . . . it was a seasonal flavor and despite lots of hints from me, I don't think they intend to bring it back. I'm talking about last years Chocolate Toasted Coconut . . . they serve a regular version but the Chocolate version was excellent. I like that at the end of the season, they sell their tubs at a greatly reduced price . . . I don't always take advantage of it but there's something about knowing you've got one of your favorite flavors in the big freezer in your garage!

You can't go wrong ordering anything on the menu cause it's Soo yummy and fresh and homeade
