Gilbert Consulting Services, Inc.

This is the second time I've had an opportunity to work with Gilbert Consulting. Previously, I worked with Keith Gilbert and was very happy to close a position in short order. Jim Kozich, with whom I worked, this last opportunity, has a very unique attribute. One which is difficult to find in most placement organizations, however, I believe is instilled in all Gilbert Consulting representatives and that is communication. I never had to put effort into "chasing down" Jim, for company insight, feedback, progression, etc. Jim was always pro-active in providing to me any/all information required to move the opportunity to fruition. One would be very fortunate to work with Gilbert Consulting and Jim in his or her career search. Thank you Jim and Keith for a job well done.

This the first time I have worked with GCS. I have heard of them before and when they called I was excited to be working with them. Jim Kozich and his team are very easy to work with answered all my questions very quickly. I would work with Jim and his team again. I would Highly recommend working GCS.

I have worked with Gilbert Consulting Services for many years and they are the most professional recruiting consultants out there today. Jim Kozich and team have always been a professional in their work ethic and my job search needs. I highly recommend this group for your recruiting efforts for the EMS industry.

Kely is the consummate professional. She contacted me and made me aware of an opportunity to take a position with a company that would move us closer to the wife's family. She included my wife in the process and kept us informed, provided critical information to help me decide if I wanted to pursue the opportunity, and then walked me through the whole process. She was prompt with answering questions, kept her commitments to me and my wife, discreet with validating my references and credentials, and a master encourager the whole way. She partnered with Gina to take care of all of my needs and concerns, including helping me manage how to depart my previous company. If I ever have to look for another job, I am calling Kely.

Kely Blackburn is an exceptional professional and recruiter who is diligent in pursuing the best fit for both candidates and employers. I have also found her unique because of her sincere interest in people and her diligent communication and follow-up skills.
