Hired them for a short term campaign. They asked for an up front payment and then never provided the scope of work as proposed. They never provided updates and I had to physically check that my ads were placed as paid for, which they weren’t. When I received my final report and noticed several discrepancies, they said they would “look” into it. I then received 3 revisions and the cost of work changed each time. They refused to provide proof of service and then dropped communications when asked about receiving services that have not been rendered. Project Manager was unprofessional and made numerous excuses for a lack of service provided.
