In May 2018, Gilligan’s will once again take over the expansive outdoor dining space at Soho Grand.

Conceptualized in 2013 by Australian restaurateurs Nick Hatsatouris and Lincoln Pilcher, the vibrant pop-up eatery is inspired by their Hampton's restaurant, Moby's. Gilligan's brings a taste of the East End to downtown Manhattan - a rare and refreshing slice of island life nestled in Soho.

Shrouded in tropical décor with a food and drink menu to match, Gilligan's serves up local ingredient-driven dishes, including seafood sourced from the best farms and fishermen on Long Island, dished up in our Oyster Bar. Signature pizzas are sliced straight from the kitchen’s stone oven to your table.

Summertime cocktails will liven palates using market-fresh ingredients, served on draft. Returning this summer is Gilligan's signature Frozen Watermelon Margarita, a crowd favorite among locals and visitors, alongside a vast selection of rosés and local beers.
