Was referred to this provider by a specialist, booked an appointment one week in advance, and was notified by my insurance two days prior that the office was no longer accepting new patients. Not only did the office not notify me personally, but they also continued to send me reminders, stating that I have an appointment and the individual will be charged for any missed/ late cancellations. When I initially had a question after booking, I called their number and was led to an answering service that took my message. I never received a callback. When I learned that they canceled my appointment, I tried to call to confirm the information and left 3 more messages with the answering service and still no response. After completing the intake information for fear of financial retribution, I was able to view in their portal that my appointment was canceled - of course, after I spent my time and shared very personal information. Very unprofessional experience and quite unfortunate as the provider and service appeared reputable and are advertised on organizations and hotlines for specialized disorders.

Worked with Gina Keatley for over a year and she helped me make some excellent changes to my diet, cooking skills and my relationship with food. Would definitely recommend!
