Tom walked me through step by step with specific instructions on what I needed, never once making me feel ashamed or embarrassed. He answered my many phones calls and questions with swift and accurate answers. Gina was also very helpful and treated me more like a friend than a client. Gina helped me through the processes and communicated with me as needed. She explained everything during the the court process and sat with me for the questioning.
