As awful an experience as this was, I found Tim very competent and knowledgeable in the details of the whole thing. His assistant Jennifer was invaluable in explaining things and helping Tim move me through the whole ordeal. I went to Mr Sierra for legal help.I have never needed legal advise,Ifound Mr sierra on google and read the reviews.That is the reason why i chose Mr Sierra.I knew i made the right choice when he worked hard to make sure everything went smooth.He explained everything all the way through.Jenn was great and she also worked hard and was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions along the way.I am glad that i chose Mr Sierra and staff!

In August 2015, I reached the conclusion that my big dream of making millions had failed and that I had to file for bankruptcy as the only way to survive financially. Trying to pick an attorney, I visited more than seven Lawyers. It is not an easy process; too many of them are aloof, too busy to talk to clients, etc. I’m very glad to have picked Tim Sierra. Right from the first meeting with him, he puts you at ease, makes you feel that maybe you made a human mistake, but this mistake is not fatal and can be corrected. I am very pleased and very thankful to Tim. He made me feel comfortable and protected all through the legal procedure. I was going through extremely hard times with my student loans . I made the decision on getting legal advice and help trying to find a solution and Mr. Sierra was my salvation .He is very knowledgeable ,friendly, professional, hard working and the most important thing he was honest through the entire case . His team of paralegals are just amazing and professional specially Jennifer .I'm very happy with the results Mr. Sierra is truly an amazing lawyer and a highly recommend him .

A warm welcome is the first thing you can expect. Bankruptcy isn't a comfortable topic, but Attorney Sierra shows concern and understanding by giving clear options and treating each client with special importance. Along with Attorney Sierra, there are two paralegals that are available to answer questions at any time during the week. The office atmosphere is pleasant and the space is cozy. Just think of the firm as a friendly neighbor that is just as concerned with getting you back on your feet as you are.
