I absolutely love GlamDerm. Not only is their service the definition of excellence in dermatology, they have helped me achieve the healthiest and most ideal skin of my life. I’ve been going to them for over a year and could never imagine leaving. The entire staff is so kind, caring, and responsive. Everyone there truly makes you feel prioritized. Dr. Love is absolutely amazing, and I’m honestly so grateful I found this place. If you’re deciding to book an appointment, don’t think any longer - do so right now. You will be upgrading your life!

The Doctors, Physicians assistant & staff are so friendly and accommodating. They take their time examining and explaining all treatment options. They truly care about their patients getting the very best results and they won't suggest a treatment plan just for the sake of billing opportunities. I would recommend GlamDerm to all my friends and family!

I cannot recommend GlamDerm enough! I've been seeing different dermatologists for roughly 20 years and have never felt so heard and comfortable as I do here. All of my concerns of which there are a LOT are taken seriously no matter how small and Dr. Love will always answer every single one of my questions and I never feel rushed. I'm finishing up Accutane and results it's clear that Dr. Love and all of the medical assistants are just as happy about the results as I am! The ladies at the front desk are always polite and responsive and I'm never left waiting in the waiting room like other offices even though its very pretty. Finally I have a dermatologist that I can stick with and I couldn't be happier!

Can't recommend Dr. Love enough! I started seeing her at the beginning of the year for hormonal acne and continue to see my skin improve. She genuinely cares about her patients needs and no questions are off the table. Truly happy to have found her! Staff are friendly and quickly respond to all inquiries. Working with Dr. Love and her team is a breeze.

Really disappointing service. I booked an appointment with one of the doctors and was seen by someone else without notice. When I told them what I was there for, they asked me what exactly I would like for treatment...aren't they supposed to recommend a treatment plan based on symptoms? I ended up picking a product to try based on the menu. After being seen, I paid for a bottle and left. I did not receive a single call or message regarding follow-up care or a check-in to see how the product was working it did not. Was excited to go to a practice run by POC and am happy other clients have enjoyed it, but my experience was absolutely less than satisfactory. I will not be back.

I love GlamDerm so much! I have been going to them as my dermatologist for years. So professional, kind, and helpful. Any skin issues I have had have been helped immediately and they are extremely responsive. I always say that I just wish all my other doctors would be this wonderful! I’ve also seen multiple doctors at the same office and every one has been fantastic. Don’t hesitate, they’re so great.

Dr. Love is an incredible doctor, period. Best dermatologist in the tri-state area. Not only is she super kind but she’s also super transparent — she cares about her patients well being. Never wants us to overspend money and tries to find the best and most affordable solutions. Can’t praise her enough. I’m so grateful I found Dr Love.

The new office is absolutely sleek and immaculate. The staff is warm and friendly. Dr Mack was incredible! She explained every step of the procedure, welcomed questions and did a fabulous job. Highly impressed and found my new GLAM dermatologist! NYC caliber without having to commute!

Doctor Mack, her staff, and l her aesthetician are excellent. This office exceeds my expectations. This office leverages technology in a way that makes it difficult to waste time or forget an appointment, and does away with arcane ways of interfacing with doctors office. The team has a high level of expertise and adept understanding of skin conditions and skin of colors. The skin routine I was put on, coupled with a facial treatment has significantly improved my skin. I also feel I have enough time to ask questions. Dr. Mack and her team care, respect, and are culturally competent. It is clear that Dr. Mack and her team love what they do and serve every client with dignity and a sense of responsibility.

Let me preface this by saying that most medical professionals I've seen over the last decade in nyc offered poor service. I am very mistrustful of most doctors because I've seen so much incompetence and malpractice. I have only a few doctors I like or trust and the doctors at glamderm are all fantastic. Depending on who is available when I come in, I've seen all of the doctors and they are respectful and caring and thorough and listen to you. When I had lost my health insurance they helped me find an alternative test that was cheaper than a biopsy. When I disliked the topical cream prescribed to me, they switched it into something I thought might work better with my skin and it did. When I had a billing issue, they worked hard to get it fixed. You won't be dismissed here.
