Glass Doctor of Indianapolis

Called to fix a small chip in my car’s windshield. I don’t know how I got it but it is there and I know I need to fix it ASAP before it grows up/out. I looked online and I found a couple of places that seemed reputable and with glorifying reviews. I called and spoke to Karen, she explained that the chip will not totally disappear but at least it will be controllable. Karen was very professional and helpful, she offered to get me in tomorrow, but I opted for a later appointment due to my availability. Karen emailed me the work order showing the car make and model, the work to be performed and the price. I emailed Karen back and forth regarding changing the appointment time and I ended up doing it tomorrow “as she suggested from the beginning” : ) She was very prompt in her replies. I knew what I was expecting since I did this repair previously many years ago at another business and for another car. Yet, the results from Glass Doctor were a tad better, since when I examined the repair site it was super smooth to the touch. The repair process took 30 minutes. There are no gimmicks in their prices for my situation, no hidden fees and no bring it in and will quote you a price… I like that the price is $79.99 for a chip repair, which seemed very reasonable. I also liked their availability, and that I get to take my car to their shop “not a big fan of mobile repair businesses since they couldn’t have the best environment and tools to work in. I wish if they had after 5 PM appointments for customers that can’t make it before 5. Other than that, I believe I won’t hesitate to contact them again for my glass repair needs.

I work for a local roofing contractor and one of our customers had a window issue. I called Glass Doctor and they were really easy to work with. Kathy and Karen scheduled the appointments and made payments a breeze. Brooks the installer, was quick and professional. The new glass looks great and the homeowner is happy. Thanks!
