We had mirrors installed in our exercise room and immediately 1 of them had the mirror portion look as if it was pealing off from the inside (corners.). We called for 3 months and left messages, never a returned call. 2 years later I went into the Elkhart office for a quote for another job, and just wanted to tell them my past experience. They said the Goshen manager was let go for just those reasons. Needless to say they gave me the name of the Goshen Manager and when I called her and told her she apologized and said they wanted to make things right and SHE scheduled a measuring to replace our mirror. They came out and measured and said they would have it replaced within a week. A week later I received a call from an employee stating they have now decided that since it has been so long that we need to pay for it!? She spoke very accusatory and wondered why we were asking to have it replaced after so long. I tried to explain, but could tell they had no intentions of keeping their word. I asked to speak to the manager and never received a call back. Manager's name is Brenda.

After two estimates and nearly two months, I'm still waiting for an installation date. It's as if they don't want my money. They completely understand they are the only game in town. That's the only conclusion I can muster up. I can tell you one thing though, they won't be around too much longer with their philosophy on customer service.

Arrived on time and work was done immediately. Every thing about work was neat and clean.

Took weeks to get an estimate. Terrible customer service - finally called another company to have window replaced. Will never call again!
