Wow...well, I called to see if they could help me get a piece of glass replaced in one of our kitchen cabinets. The person who answered the phone simply answered with a "Hello?". I had to ask to make sure I was calling a business! Then I tell her what I'm looking for...I need glass replaced, but I didn't have the exact measurements...just wanted to know if they could help. She tells me that I can bring the glass in!? Uh, it broke..why would I bring broken glass into your store?? She then asks me for the measurements and at that point I realized she didn't listen to one word I'd said and I advised that I'd be taking my business elsewhere due to the service I was provided with. After reading the rest of these reviews, I'm glad I didn't go any further!

Took my broken mirror in to get fixed. They said it would be a couple months for the back part of my mirror. 4 months later, still no call back. I call and ask what happened to it, they said they couldn't find it. They LOST my mirror. The receptionist is just trying to find a way to tell me tough luck. I don't understand how they are in business still. Unbelievable.

Worst experience!! I was told 7 to 10 days for 2 glass shelves for a hutch. After numerous phone calls to the same person and a stern promise to me that I would get a return call as to when I could pick up my order, still, nothing. It took 3 weeks to get my order. I would not not and do not recommend them.
