Totally incompetent! My car was stolen out of my garage after security saw my garage door open and failed to notify me! Also, the video the Regional Manager, Andrew, provided to law enforcement was of the night the vehicle was recovered, not the night it was stolen. Security officers are you g and inexperienced with no customer service skills. Totally worthless.

i worked there for a year and a half, i loved my post. the Boca Park Marketplace is a place you wanna be if you are a independent thinking guard who doesn't need to be babysat. jazmine is a very good employee there, and does her best to help you out in a number of ways. Andy wasn't a very friendly guy and will get someone hurt if he doesn't chill. a little too abrasive. Haque is a good guy as well. Very understanding, much like jasmine. Teresa is someone i wouldn't trust because she seems t straddle the fence. The company pays you on time, there's always work somewhere because they have a lot of turnover, they release the schedule on every friday which i always thought was a little late. But, overall they are a decent company. They do need to do a better job communicating with officers, and supervisors should take more charge of their sites instead of getting rid of their best guards. i experienced that myself.

Only a matter of time before this place closes; very unprofessional hangs up on you in the middle of calls says they’ll call you back and never does it’s like you’re dealing with a company ran by high school students. Edit: see how long it took for them to respond? they do the same when applying just to ignore you and they only commented to make themselves look good

Skip they won't pay hours worked for over time claiming it went into a new week .management plays favorites will completely rewrite your schedule with no notice and if you don't comply they will threaten your job to get what they want. all in all don't ever work for this company

Horrible security. The guard at tapestry park in LV thought I was a solicitor and threatened to detain me and hit me with his weapon. Will never trust them again.

Absolutely terrible. They'll hire anyone and the office doesn't do there jobs.
