They are big liars!!! I called them last week to figure out what is the phone number and address for Staten Island Meest office and they told me there is no Meest office on Staten Island But it is!!! Instead they were imposing their pick up services. That's disgusting! Please stay away from these dishonest people!

The reason for this rating is the failure to fulfill promises. It’s bad that this happens.

I’ve been using meets in nyc for 7 years. It calls Postal plaza 65 st/ bay pkwy in Brooklyn. But another location on 2266 bath ave in Brooklyn Is terrible. My parcel 1,5 month delivered instead of 30 promises days. Very disappointed.

Tried to send my package twice. Waited 10 min in line and after that stuff asked me to wait 30 min more because of "UPS came for pick-up". Ridiculous and unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Horrible service, they are always late to work, give you mail of different people mistakenly, lose packages, place looks very disorganized. Sometimes you need to have a fight just to be able to get YOUR package.
